Provider Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage various types of provider contracts, ensuring compliance and financial feasibility
• Develop business cases and present findings to Senior Management to support contracting initiatives
• Facilitate provider education on value propositions and collaborate on value-based arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration, or related discipline, or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field, with 1 year in contracting or provider relations
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business or Health Care Administration
• Must reside in the service area (MD, VA, and DC)
