Provider Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Specialist to support the development and maintenance of its Medicare Advantage provider network.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute provider contracts and amendments while ensuring compliance with CMS and state regulations
• Assist in network expansion and maintain provider demographic data within network management systems
• Support regulatory audits and track contract renewals, expirations, and performance guarantees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or managed care operations
• Strong understanding of CMS MA network adequacy and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and contract management systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
