A company is looking for a Provider Contracts Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees provider contracting functions and daily operations while collaborating with various stakeholders
• Leads negotiations for complex contracts with providers, focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness
• Develops and implements provider contracting strategies, including value-based payment models and network adequacy management

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in network contracting and 5 years in provider contract negotiations in managed health care
• Minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles
• Experience with various managed health care provider compensation methodologies, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
