Job Summary
To ensure quality and compliance within Disability and Brain Injury Services, the full-time Provider Corrective Action Coordinator will oversee corrective action processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and analyze compliance data in a remote position with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality assurance and compliance activities across relevant services
- Coordinate corrective action efforts with internal teams and external partners
- Guide providers through the corrective action process, providing technical assistance
Required Qualifications
- Six years of combined education and/or professional experience in social services casework, program development, or compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management
- Knowledge of state, federal, and HCBS regulations
- Experience in program compliance, quality assurance, or quality improvement
- Ability to utilize Microsoft 365 tools for data tracking and reporting
