Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Provider Correspondence Coordinator, the position will manage responses to medical provider correspondence and appeals related to claims processing and benefit inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Responds to provider appeals and related correspondence
  • Interacts with physician/provider offices to gather information on claim disputes
  • Performs total claim reviews to determine over/underpayment on problem claims
Required qualifications
  • High School education or equivalent
  • 6 months to 2 years of medical claims processing or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Facets and computer applications such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm and maintain 10 key proficiency of 105 spm
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts and apply company policies and procedures
