Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an advocate for providers, triage contacts, and resolve issues
  • Research and resolve complex prior authorization issues to avoid escalations
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution and communication to providers

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience using computer applications and ability to type at least 35-40 WPM
  • Availability to work full-time shifts between 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST, including occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
