Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an advocate for providers, triage contacts, and resolve issues
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization issues to avoid escalations
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution and communication to providers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience using computer applications and ability to type at least 35-40 WPM
- Availability to work full-time shifts between 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST, including occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
