Provider Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Data Analyst to maintain the integrity of its provider database.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, upload, and update provider demographic information in the database
• Process Change of Information (CIF) requests and assist in producing provider directories
• Deliver customer service for provider inquiries and maintain a comprehensive filing system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in provider services or healthcare services
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or four years additional experience in lieu of education
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to perform data entry with a minimum of 45 wpm
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare coding is a plus
