Provider Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Data Analyst to maintain the integrity of its provider database.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, upload, and update provider demographic information in the database
• Process Change of Information requests and assist in producing accurate provider directories
• Ensure compliance with provider profile requirements and manage customer service inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in provider services, healthcare services, or as an IT clerk
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or four years additional experience in lieu of education
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare coding is a plus
• Ability to perform data entry with a minimum of 45 wpm
