Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Data Analyst to manage and improve provider data and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage provider data and maintain databases
• Report and extract data for various analyses
• Develop and maintain standards for database integrity and quality assurance

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in the health care industry
• 2+ years of claims/data entry experience
• 1+ years of prior customer service experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
