Provider Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a critical link between Care Partners and operational systems, the full-time Provider Data Analyst will manage the provider data ticketing queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests while supporting data quality improvement and coordination across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the provider data ticketing queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests for new and updated provider information
• Partner with team members to validate data completeness and drive continuous data quality improvement
• Support coordination across contracting, fee schedule creation, and provider database management, including data loads

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 or more years of experience in data analytics, provider or customer relations, data entry, and/or project management required
• Working knowledge of provider data and roster data elements
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with provider data and/or claims systems including QNXT
