Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity of provider records in credentialing and payment systems
• Process provider setup, updates, terminations, and resolve related issues
• Support network adequacy, regulatory reporting, and provider directories

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-year experience in healthcare insurance with provider or network data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
