Provider Data Integrity Team Lead

Job Summary

Supervising the Provider Data Integrity team, the full-time salaried Provider Data Integrity Team Lead will manage key functions to ensure accurate provider information, oversee staff training, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage provider data processing, including additions, terminations, and changes to maintain compliance and accuracy
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff while ensuring adherence to departmental policies and performance standards
• Monitor work queues and aging files to meet service level agreements and report trends to management

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years of provider data or supervisory experience
• Preferred experience in a managed care organization
