Job Summary
A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process provider transactions according to plan provisions
- Follow customer-defined policies and procedures while securing PHI information
- Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare processing, preferably in Provider Data Management
- 3+ years of experience using Windows PC applications and web-based applications
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
