Provider Data Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support the management of provider data, the full-time Provider Data Management Specialist will address inbound provider demographic updates, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with providers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a queue of inbound requests from contracted providers using email and Salesforce
• Submit requests to update provider data systems with new demographic information
• Respond to physician inquiries regarding the status of their requests and other contract-related information

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous health insurance or network experience preferred
• Previous provider relations or customer service experience preferred
