Provider Data Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Provider Data Management Specialist will manage provider data accuracy, conduct audits, and support network development efforts for Dignity Health's CI/ACO Networks and VBO.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate provider information by conducting audits and processing demographic change requests through Salesforce
• Run regular reports to ensure data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies with other Dignity Health systems
• Publish provider directories and collaborate on network expansion projects while supporting analysis of national provider networks

Required qualifications

• Three years of experience in provider relations, credentialing, or network development in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
