Provider Data Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Provider Data Management team, managing workflows and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct root cause analysis on data errors and implement corrective actions to maintain database integrity
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Previous supervisory experience in a relevant operational environment preferred
• 2 years of experience in provider/network data management or a related healthcare setting
• Experience with ticketing systems, CRM, and dashboard/data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
