Provider Data Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the PDM team to ensure accurate and timely provider data updates
• Manage daily operations, workflows, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on provider data, leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Previous supervisory experience in a relevant operational environment preferred
• 2 years of experience in provider/network data management or a related healthcare setting
• Experience with ticketing systems, CRM, and dashboard/data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills to interrogate large datasets and identify trends
