Key Responsibilities

• Maintain provider information accuracy and quality, addressing complex data processing needs
• Identify and resolve provider information process and technology issues, providing insights for improvement
• Manage data queries and lead corrective activities to ensure data integrity and communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare and/or operations
• 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• 2+ years of experience analyzing datasets and troubleshooting data nuances
• Proficiency in using a credentialing or provider data repository
• 2+ years of inventory management queue experience
