Key Responsibilities

• Support, manage, or escalate complex issues impacting providers and members
• Act as a liaison between teams to improve feedback loops and resolve escalated issues
• Assist in developing training and maintaining quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare with provider data management
• 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• 1+ years of experience assessing end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years of strong quantitative or analytical skills
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced production-based environment
