Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for onboarding and credentialing providers, resolving issues as they arise
• Conduct regular meetings with delegated entities to address and troubleshoot issues, providing training on the onboarding process
• Ensure the accuracy of the online provider directory and manage provider credentialing applications and contracts

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or above
• Familiarity with credentialing and provider rosters
• Experience as a liaison with providers and internal support groups
• Ability to meet deadlines under time-sensitive constraints
• Proficient in computer applications, including Excel
