Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Data Operations (PDO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and credentialing providers, resolving issues as they arise
• Conduct regular meetings with delegated entities to troubleshoot issues and provide training on the onboarding process
• Ensure the accuracy of the online provider directory through regular updates and quarterly roster reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher
• Familiarity with credentialing and provider rosters
• Experience working as a liaison with providers and internal support groups
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel
