Key Responsibilities

• Support, manage, or escalate complex provider issues and transactions
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to improve feedback loops and resolve issues
• Create and facilitate training for team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare with provider data management
• 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• 1+ years of experience assessing end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years of strong quantitative or analytical skills
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced production-based environment
