Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Provider Data Operations to join their Provider Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, manage, or escalate complex issues that are not solved using conventional workflows
• Act as a point person for stakeholders to improve feedback loops and trend member/provider issues
• Assist in developing and maintaining standards for quality assurance and manage communication processes with other departments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in healthcare with provider data management
• 2+ years of intermediate Excel/Google Sheet proficiency
• 1+ years of assessing and comprehending end-to-end process impact
• 2+ years of strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems
• 2+ years of previous work experience in a fast-paced production-based environment
