Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support the loading of new and revised Medicaid participating provider data transactions
Proactively recommend process enhancements to align with business goals
Perform data comparisons and manage tickets and cases from providers

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
