Provider Data Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical provider data expert, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Accurately manage and update provider data in various databases, including claims and credentialing systems
• Serve as a liaison for providers regarding data updates, claims questions, and resolve related issues

Required Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in a healthcare/insurance setting, preferably in Provider Data Services or Provider Network Administration
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Provider Relations, Customer Service, Claims, or Provider Data Analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements related to provider data accuracy
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet vaccination requirements
