Provider Data Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, fully remote Provider Data Specialist who will manage the collection, verification, and maintenance of provider credentialing data across multiple systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Request, process, and verify participating provider information across various databases
• Investigate and track potentially adverse information from credentialing sources
• Maintain accurate and compliant provider files in accordance with accreditation standards and regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health care or a technical field preferred
• Experience working with physicians or senior executives is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
