Provider Database Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Database Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and completeness of provider data in its databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of provider data
• Reconcile data from various sources and respond to inquiries related to provider data
• Facilitate demographic changes and maintain current provider directories

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college coursework desirable
• Three years of general data management experience in an automated environment
• Two years of experience in provider relations or health plan operations
• Experience in claims processing or provider maintenance is preferred
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours and travel occasionally to New Jersey
