Provider Directory Operations Lead

Job Summary

To enhance patient acquisition through accurate insurance-payer directories, the full-time or part-time remote Provider Directory Operations Lead will manage provider data accuracy, oversee operational metrics, and ensure a seamless directory experience for patients seeking psychiatric care.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the accuracy and growth metrics of Legion's provider directories across various payers and networks
• Audit directories from a patient perspective to ensure accurate and actionable listings, confirming that Legion appears correctly in search results
• Collaborate with payer directory teams to improve search visibility and streamline patient onboarding processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider-data management, payer operations, or related fields
• Direct experience with updating payer directories and provider-finder tools through various platforms
• Strong knowledge of NPPES, CAQH, NPIs, and healthcare data management
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including data validation and reconciliation skills
• Familiarity with UTM conventions and product analytics tools for funnel reporting and conversion measurement
