Job Summary
Providing clerical support to the Provider Dispute Resolution team, the full-time remote Provider Dispute Resolution Coordinator will manage documentation requests, assist in organizing disputes and appeals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including data entry, updating claim statuses, and managing correspondence
- Contact providers for necessary documentation and assist in organizing dispute files
- Support department initiatives to improve processes and maintain quality standards
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in claims data entry and clerical roles within a healthcare claims environment
- High School Diploma required
- Working knowledge of claims processing systems; familiarity with Medicare claims is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
