Provider Due Diligence Specialist

Job Summary

As a key player in the Revenue Operations team, the full-time remote Provider Due Diligence Specialist will lead the due diligence review process for new providers, ensuring compliance and quality through thorough investigations and validations of credentials, legal standing, and operational legitimacy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due diligence reviews, including licensing verification and documentation collection for new providers
• Conduct legal and compliance screenings to identify any malpractice claims or sanctions
• Validate business identity and legitimacy, ensuring providers meet operational and financial risk standards

Required qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Business Operations, or Provider Due Diligence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot
• Strong knowledge of due diligence, verification workflows, or credentialing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
