Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Education & Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and communication plans for network providers
  • Manage the Provider Portal and oversee provider communications and training materials
  • Coordinate external provider projects and support quality improvement initiatives within the provider network
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in training, communications, or provider relations
  • 5+ years of experience in a network management-related role preferred
  • Knowledge of mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
