Provider Education Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and execution of provider education initiatives, the full-time remote Provider Education Specialist will coordinate provider meetings, engage with physician leaders, and assist with organizational integrations to enhance value-based care strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate provider education and engagement activities in collaboration with physician and operational leaders across assigned regions
• Plan and execute provider meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up communications
• Support provider-facing organizational integrations by developing educational materials and tracking project milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare education, engagement, or operational support
• Proficiency in project management and coordination of multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with Continuing Medical Education (CME) administration
• Ability to analyze provider engagement metrics and prepare reports
