Job Summary

To support provider engagement and education, the full-time remote Provider Educator will be responsible for training providers on the utilization management system, providing ongoing technical assistance, and coordinating stakeholder meetings to enhance provider satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide orientation and ongoing technical assistance for new and existing providers
  • Create and update educational materials, including Provider Manuals and User Guides
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for providers and coordinate stakeholder meetings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, education, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Provider Relations or education role within a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in creating and delivering educational training materials using web-based technology
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality standards and comply with HIPAA regulations
