Provider Enablement Value Based Care Vice President

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Vice President of Provider Enablement for their value-based care programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new programs to improve growth and value-based care performance
• Collaborate with physician leadership and healthcare teams to develop new clinical programs and improve value-based care technology
• Lead new market development and partner with operations team to implement population health strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare Master's or MBA highly preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in health plans, health systems, and/or provider organizations with value/risk-based contracting/performance
• Experience in new product development related to clinical programs, care management, and provider enablement
• Ability to work closely with providers to collaborate on initiatives and influence decisions
• Strong strategist able to develop new programs and ideas from concept to reality, as well as understand how to architect valuable deals with multiple stakeholders
