Provider Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement & Partnerships Manager - Germany (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute in-person and virtual physician roundtables to support clinical trial enrollment initiatives
• Own event delivery end-to-end, including planning, logistics, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers and institutions to identify enrollment opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Physician Assistant, Business Administration, or a related field preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, provider engagement, or similar roles in healthcare, pharma, oncology, or clinical trials
• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a physician network and drive measurable engagement
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English required; willingness to travel at least 1 week per month and work flexible hours
