Provider Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network Specialist to manage provider data and support claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup of providers in the information system for reporting and claims payment
• Resolve provider data issues and facilitate provider education and orientations
• Track and audit provider data, and assist with claims payment processing inaccuracies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• Experience in claims processing, billing, or coding
• Three years of experience in a managed care environment or healthcare organization
• Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Customer service experience within a healthcare setting
