Provider Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup of providers in the information system for reporting, claims payment, and directories
• Research and resolve provider-related issues and maintain accurate provider demographic information
• Facilitate provider education and orientations, and assist with cross-functional tasks and projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• Experience in claims processing, billing, and/or coding is preferred
• Three years of experience in a managed care environment or healthcare organization
• Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
