Provider Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Specialist to work from home in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Provider Engagement team with value-based program discussions and analysis
• Track and log inquiries, identifying trends to enhance provider satisfaction
• Act as a subject matter expert on policies, procedures, and training needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in healthcare or provider engagement preferred
• Ability to travel within territory up to 20%
• Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained
