Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Communications & Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the writing, design, and production of provider communications and educational materials
- Serve as a liaison between Corporate Marketing & Communications and other business units
- Develop and administer role-based training programs and evaluate training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of provider relations, communications, or training experience
- Experience in managing client relationship management software
- Knowledge of state regulatory and contractual requirements
- Ability to develop training materials using various technologies
