Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Communications & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the writing, design, and production of provider communications and educational materials
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate Marketing & Communications and other business units
  • Develop and administer role-based training programs and evaluate training initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of provider relations, communications, or training experience
  • Experience in managing client relationship management software
  • Knowledge of state regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Ability to develop training materials using various technologies
