Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Provider Enrollment Advisor will manage inbound sales inquiries and outbound leads, guiding prospective customers through the sales process while meeting sales targets and building relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing information about solutions and services to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize CRM to track activities and report on sales metrics while collaborating with the sales team to optimize processes
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or a related healthcare role
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection handling skills over the phone
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Basic computer skills, including operating in multiple tabs and systems
