Provider Enrollment Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Provider Enrollment Agent will process provider enrollment cases, update provider information requests, and communicate effectively with providers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process cases submitted by providers for enrollment into the program
• Review and process requests submitted by providers to update their information
• Collaborate closely with team members to move provider requests through various stages of processing and quality assurance reviews

Required qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred
• A background in credentialing is considered a plus
• Experience working with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable
