Provider Enrollment Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Provider Enrollment Agent will perform standard processing and quality tasks, develop an understanding of client business needs, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while handling confidential data.

Key responsibilities

• Perform standard processing and quality tasks to support outsourced services
• Develop understanding of client business to enhance procedures and resolve problems
• Interpret, audit, and reconcile reports for accuracy, preparing standard reports for management and clients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Two or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment
• Experience with client company products and/or services
• Familiarity with business solutions software
• Experience in the relevant industry and/or functional area
