Provider Enrollment Agent

Job Summary

Processing provider enrollment cases, the remote Provider Enrollment Agent will manage requests for enrollment and updates, communicate with providers, and collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process enrollment cases and update requests submitted by providers
• Communicate with providers through email and internal systems, with occasional phone contact
• Collaborate with team members to move provider requests through processing and quality assurance stages

Required qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Background in credentialing is a plus
• Experience with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable
• Demonstrated kindness, empathy, and teamwork skills
