Provider Enrollment Agent

Job Summary

Processing provider enrollment cases remotely, the full-time Provider Enrollment Agent will manage requests for enrollment and updates, communicate with providers, and collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process cases submitted by providers for enrollment into the program
• Review and process requests from providers to update their information
• Deliver exceptional customer service to providers and clients while collaborating with team members

Required qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Background in credentialing considered a plus
• Experience working with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable
• Demonstrated kindness, empathy, and teamwork skills
