Provider Enrollment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Analyst to join their fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and route incoming applications and correspondence for proper workflow
• Process various provider applications, including 855B, 855I, and reassignments
• Perform data entry, quality checks, and maintain accurate records in processing systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Provider Enrollment experience with a Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong multitasking, typing, and data entry skills
• Willingness to appear on camera if requested by Operations
