Provider Enrollment Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare improvement initiatives, the remote Provider Enrollment Business Analyst will communicate client needs, monitor call center activities, and conduct research while collaborating on multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business needs into non-technical language for technical teams
• Monitor queues and reports for the call center and perform extensive research
• Analyze and document system requirements and business processes, ensuring client expectations are met

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields
• Basic analytical skills to assess business needs and troubleshoot issues
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software
• Effective oral and written communication skills in a professional team environment
