Job Summary
To support provider enrollment processes, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Assistant will complete credentialing applications, manage documentation, and coordinate communication among team members while maintaining organized records.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy
- Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment, or credentialing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Pro
- Knowledge of internal billing systems is preferred
