Job Summary

To support provider enrollment processes, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Assistant will complete credentialing applications, manage documentation, and coordinate communication among team members while maintaining organized records.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy
  • Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment, or credentialing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Pro
  • Knowledge of internal billing systems is preferred
