Provider Enrollment Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Associate- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Credential and enroll new and established health care providers, maintaining required information
• Communicate with providers regarding the enrollment process and collect necessary documentation
• Verify provider information with insurance companies and manage enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of provider enrollment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH
• Billing knowledge and experience preferred
