Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage enrollment issues and facilitate provider enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve enrollment issues by answering questions and providing follow-up on concerns
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and production while facilitating the escalation process as needed
  • Create and distribute reports on provider credentialing and enrollment data across departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of office experience or relevant college coursework preferred
  • Knowledge of health plan billing and enrollment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
