Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage enrollment issues and facilitate provider enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve enrollment issues by answering questions and providing follow-up on concerns
- Assist in monitoring inventory and production while facilitating the escalation process as needed
- Create and distribute reports on provider credentialing and enrollment data across departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of office experience or relevant college coursework preferred
- Knowledge of health plan billing and enrollment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
