Provider Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to support its medical group by managing provider enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end provider enrollment process for new medical group providers
• Prepare and submit enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers
• Maintain accurate provider data within internal systems and track enrollment status

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment or healthcare administration
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes preferred
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and similar systems strongly preferred
